Cost of Services
1. Screening Phone or Video Call - Initial phone or video call.
2. Intake Process - Creating goals and objectives for the consultation, based on the initial call and review of information provided by the client (e.g., intake questionnaire, prior behavioral assessments). The goals, objectives, and estimated recommended hours are shared with the client through a contract. When the client agrees to a final contract, the implementation of the intervention plan begins.
3. Intervention Plan Implementation - Once the intervention plan is created and agreed to by the client, it is implemented in person or via videoconference (remote consultation). Each session includes a review of new documents provided by the client as well as a written summary of each session.
4. Final Report - Creation of the final report.
5. Follow-Up Sessions - Follow-up sessions to evaluate the long-term effects of the intervention strategies implemented.
